Refund policy

If you need to return an item, you must notify us via email within 14 days of receiving your goods.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for the cost of returning the items to us.

Returned products must be in their original packaging and in an unused condition.

Refunds will not be issued without an original receipt or proof-of-purchase.

All sales of PDF Tutorials are final, and are non-refundable.

Please note: kits & tutorials are for personal use only. You must not sell, teach or share them without written permission from the designer.

Your statutory rights are not affected by these terms.
