Shipping policy

UK Delivery

All UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail (Signed For® 1st Class), with the exact shipping cost calculated at checkout.
We aim to dispatch all goods promptly, however, please allow 5-7 working days for your order to be delivered within the UK.

International Delivery

Orders destined outside the UK are shipped via Royal Mail (International Tracked), with the exact shipping cost calculated at checkout.
We aim to dispatch all goods promptly, however, please allow 10-14 working days for your order to be delivered outside the UK.

Please note that you will be responsible for any VAT, customs duties or import taxes imposed by your country’s customs department. We recommend that you consult with your country's customs office to understand any such costs. 

All parcels will include a Customs Declaration stating the full value of your order.

Important Notes

We obtain proof of posting for all orders. Once dispatched, we cannot accept responsibility for delayed delivery.

Please inspect your order upon receipt, and contact us immediately if any items are damaged, faulty or incorrect.

While we strive to ensure the goods supplied match their description & pictures on our website as closely as possible. However, slight variations may occur due to photographic limitations or differences in digital display screens. References to weight & size are approximate, but made as accurately as we can.

We reserve the right to reject any order for any reason up to the point of dispatch.
